TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using Future Champion Academy ("FCA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Children may participate only through parent-created profiles with active parental supervision.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information. Parents are fully responsible for their children's activity on the platform.

Champion Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Rewards redeemed through the platform are subject to availability and sponsor terms. FCA reserves the right to modify coin values and reward offerings at any time.

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except as required by applicable law. FCA reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Users may not upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content. FCA reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All FCA content, branding, logos, and platform functionality are the intellectual property of Future Champion Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without written permission.

FCA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors. During the beta testing period, features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
