BETA TESTING AGREEMENT

Beta testing is open to adults 18 years of age or older. Children may participate through parent-created profiles and only with parent or guardian supervision at all times.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising and approving their child's participation during the beta testing period.

The beta testing period is 30 days from the date your beta invitation code is validated. During this period, you will receive full access to the Family Champion Plan at no cost, including:

• Up to 5 child profiles
• Champion Journey
• Trophy Room
• Reward Store
• Daily Missions & STEAM Lab
• Streak Tracking
• All Family Champion features

No credit card is required for beta enrollment. No automatic billing will occur at any point during the beta period. Your account will be clearly labeled as a Beta Tester account.

When your 30-day beta period ends, your access will be paused. You will be offered the option to subscribe to a paid plan (Champion at $4.99/month or Family Champion at $9.99/month) to continue using FCA. Your beta account will never be automatically converted to a paid subscription. You must explicitly choose a plan and enter your payment information to become a paying subscriber. All progress and data from the beta period will be preserved.

You acknowledge that FCA is beta software and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Features, rewards, and functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice during the beta period.

By participating in beta testing, you agree to provide honest feedback to help improve the platform. We want to hear about bugs, confusing features, missing functionality, and your overall experience. Your feedback may be used to make product improvements without compensation.

The beta platform is provided "as is" with no warranties. FCA is not liable for any loss of data, disruption of service, or other issues arising from beta software use.

Beta features and content are confidential. Do not share screenshots, videos, or descriptions of beta features publicly without written permission from FCA.

At the conclusion of your 30-day beta period, you will be prompted to select a subscription plan to continue using FCA. Your data and progress will be preserved through the transition. No payment will be processed unless you explicitly choose a plan and complete checkout.
