Future Champion Academy ("FCA", "we", "us") collects information you provide when registering, including your name, email address, and password. For child profiles created by parents, we collect the child's first name, last name, age, grade level, and selected avatar.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All child profiles must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

We use your information to: provide and improve our platform services; track challenge completions, coins earned, and badges awarded; send platform notifications and updates; process subscription payments securely via Stripe; and communicate with you about your account.

FCA is designed for families. Parents must create and manage all child accounts. We do not share children's personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us at privacy@futurechampionacademy.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing) only as necessary to operate our platform. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment data is processed exclusively through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@futurechampionacademy.com. We will respond within 30 days.

During beta testing, additional usage data may be collected to improve platform functionality. This data is used solely for product improvement and is not shared with third parties.
